Though Curves DOES offer a weight management program (details are available in the Curves Member Guide), you really can't compare the two – apples and oranges.
Weight Watchers is a FABULOUS company. I don't prefer to call them a "diet", because they teach you HOW to eat healthy, not just give you tiny portions of bland "diet food" like places like Jenny Craig, LA Weightloss, etc. WW teaches you how to make smart choices so that healthy eating becomes part of your lifestyle.
Curves is another FANTASTIC company (they're #1 in womens fitness in the USA, if not the world). I'm a staff member at Curves, and while I think its unfortunate that some have had negative experiences – particularly related to the staff – you should remember that every Curves is going to have different employees. My Curves is commended DAILY by our members about how wonderful our staff is
Anyway, while WW teaches you how to eat, Curves will help you get in shape with a combination of cardiovascular and strength training exercise, both essential for weight loss and muscle toning. MANY of my members use both, and I have to say, they're the ones who see the most results.
curves is a place to work out. Weight watchers is a diet. If you really want to lose weight, do both. But I have to tell you that Jenny Craig works the best.
i think that eating less and excerzise are the best but if u want to try curves or weight watchers, i prefer weight watchers and if you want to lose more weight then go to the weight watchers meeting and their website at weight watchers.com
Actually i think neither is i havent heard any good things about either but LA weight loss is supposed to be amazing and works really well and fast!! at leaste thats what ive heard from numerous people.
